Culture Conversation Club: Monthly Subscription Policy This policy outlines the terms and conditions for your monthly subscription to the Culture Conversation Club. By subscribing, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. 1. The Subscription Cost: The subscription fee is $30 USD per month. Billing Cycle: Your payment method will be charged automatically on the same day each month, starting from your initial sign-up date. For example, if you sign up on the 15th, you will be billed on the 15th of every subsequent month. Content: Your subscription provides access to two live, virtual sessions per month. These sessions are designed for young learners aged 5-18. The specific dates and times for the sessions will be communicated in advance via email. 2. Cancellation and Refunds Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, please follow the instructions provided in your account settings. Effective Date of Cancellation: Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. This means you will retain access to the course content and sessions until your next billing date. You will not be charged again after that date. No Refunds: Culture Conversation Club does not offer refunds for any payments already made. No pro-rated refunds will be issued for cancellations made mid-cycle. This is because your subscription provides access to all content and live sessions for that full month, regardless of when you choose to cancel. 3. Conduct and Participation Parental Supervision: Parents are welcome to sit in on the Culture Conversation Club, but not required. Acceptable Behavior: Participants are expected to be respectful and constructive in all interactions. Behavior that is disruptive, abusive, or in violation of these terms may result in the immediate and permanent removal of the participant and the termination of the subscription without a refund. Intellectual Property: All materials, lessons, and content provided by Culture Conversation Club are the intellectual property of Big Bag LLC. These materials are for the sole use of the registered participant and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without explicit written permission. 4.
